The Operations Manager (OM) leads salon/spa staff by example towards maximizing sales, productivity and profit goals, while promoting overall salon safety, quality guest services in a harmonious work environment with a wide variety of personality types. The OM oversees and contributes to the day-to-day operations of the front desk and salon. The OM works closely with and reports directly to the Regional Manager, performing all duties as deemed necessary in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by the Regional Manager and the Company. Qualifications:
- Possess at least 2 years management experience in beauty, retail, and/or restaurant industries. (Prior salon/spa experience is preferred, but not required)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and motivational skills
